Absolutely Creative Customs

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Absolutely Creative Customs enough. They installed a complete sound system in my 2025 Dodge Ram, and I am honestly blown away by the results. The tuning is on another level. The soundstage is incredible—it genuinely feels like you’re sitting at a live concert. Every instrument and vocal comes through with amazing clarity, the bass is deep and incredibly clean without being overpowering, and the overall balance is just phenomenal. The sound deadening was also done professionally and makes a huge difference in the overall listening experience. What really impressed me, though, was the attention to detail. During the installation they discovered my truck needed an additional optical interface to properly integrate with the factory system. Instead of cutting corners, they ordered the correct part and made sure everything was done the right way. Then they went even further. While working on my truck, they noticed my airbox bolts were loose and that I was missing a nut on a coolant pipe. They pointed it out, had me bring the truck back, tightened everything up, replaced the missing hardware, and didn’t charge me a dime for it. That level of pride in their wo

Patrick at AC Customs did an absolutely phenomenal job and their customer service was top notch. I bought a used Tacoma, that turned out to be an absolute audio nightmare, with none but one of the tweeters working, wires being cut all over the place (from the previous owner) and some of the OEM features (Carplay) not working with how messed up the truck was. Patrick quickly identified some of the main issues and got me a reasonable quote, while staying in budget, but making sure that I get a good sound system. When starting to work on the truck Patrick uncovered more and more problems with the truck, but kept me in the loop and continued to truck along. I've felt very well taken care of and it very much shows that the guys at AC Customs take a lot of pride in their work. Rightfully so! Patrick was able to return the truck to essentially "stock" conditions while giving the audio a major upgrade. Now that I have my truck back, I am blown away with the audio upgrade and the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. I would highly recommend AC Customs to anyone that is looking for any sort of audio work. These guys know what they are doing and they will make sure the job is done

A Waste of $1,300 — iPhone Users, Don't Bother I brought my Honda Pilot in because my rear-view camera was leaking water and going blurry, and I thought I'd also upgrade to a new Apple CarPlay unit since I'm an iPhone user. What a mistake. After installing a new camera and Kenwood CarPlay unit, I noticed right away that my system was completely shutting down in the middle of calls, not every time, but typically on my first call and sometimes after that. The entire unit would shut down and reboot twice before coming back, and sometimes it wouldn't come back at all unless I pulled over, powered off, and restarted the car. On top of that, the rear-view camera was only working sporadically at best. When I brought the car back, the owner pushed back and insisted it was an iPhone issue. He said everything worked fine on their end, but none of his staff use iPhones, only Android, so they had no real way to test the problem. I had lent my car to my son and others who all experienced the same CarPlay shutdowns, and the rear-view camera continued to fail most of the time. The owner eventually agreed to replace the system. When I came back to pick up the car, the system shut down again bef

Got a system installed from car toys, it was fine but not enough/ not what I was looking for. These guys truly care, they listen to exactly what you want and they delivered beyond my expectation. Fully built a custom box, matching my car’s interior. Felt like I was on pimp my ride when I picked it up. My little mini POUNDS now, and the sound quality is absurd. I’m so happy with it, and will be bringing all future vehicles to ACC. 10/10 highly recommend. Rare to find people so passionate about what they do

I was turned down by three other shops when I asked to upgrade my stock speakers in my vehicle. They claimed it couldn’t be done in my 2026 Traverse without “Bose” speakers initially. That I’d have to “live with the car I bought”. Creative Customs not only treated me with respect but gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and for a reasonable price. I’m so incredibly happy with my new sound system. I wanted to feel like I was in the pit at Summer Jam with my heart vibrating and they delivered. 🤪🥳
